Pwede pa ba makapag abroad ang taong may record na sa NBI??

Nagkakaso po siya sa NBI ng RA 9262 noong 2010 pero na dismiss din noong 2018 po. if mag aapply ba ulit abroad diba ma qquestion sa immigration ntin yun?

Ang pagkaroon ng criminal record, lalo na sa ilalim ng Republic Act 9262 o ang "Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004," ay maaaring mahirapan na makakuha ng trabaho sa ibang bansa o sa pagkuha ng visa. Kahit na-dismiss ang kaso, ang record ng pagkakasangkot sa krimen ay maaaring manatiling nasa NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) clearance, na isang dokumentong kadalasang hinihingi para sa employment sa ibang bansa.

Ang mga ahensiya ng imigrasyon sa iba't ibang bansa ay may iba't ibang patakaran pagdating sa pagtangkilik ng mga aplikante na may criminal record. Ang pagkakaroon ng record ay hindi awtomatikong dahilan para sa pagtanggi ng visa, ngunit ito ay maaaring maging isang factor na titingnan ng immigration officer.

Hindi lang ito sa level ng imigrasyon ng bansang pag-aaplyan, kundi pati na rin sa immigration ng Pilipinas. May mga pagkakataon na hinaharang ng Bureau of Immigration ang pag-alis ng isang tao na may kasong nakabinbin o kahit na-dismiss na depende sa kalaliman ng kaso.
