Malaki po ang inyong magagastos. Una po kasi, kailangan na magpa-sukat kayo ng kanya-kanya ninyong lupa at kailangan na gumawa ng blueprint. Tapos po, kailangan ang titulo ay isurrender ninyo sa Register of Deeds para i-cancel ito at mag-issue ng 5 separate na titulo.
Kakailanganin po ninyo ng abogado. Kung ang inyong lupa ay nasa pangalan pa ng inyong mga magulang, at kung ito'y gusto nilang ipangalan na sa inyo, kailangan ay ibenta o ipamana sa inyo. So, kailangan ng deed of sale or extra-judicial partition. Kailangan magbayad either ng capital gains tax or inheritance tax. So, lalakarin pa po ang mga ito para magkaroon ng clearance mula sa BIR.
Ang isa pa, kailangan po na bayad ang amelyar ng lupa. Kailangan din ng Clearance mula sa City or Provincial Assessor's office.
