Magpadala po muna kayo ng demand letter, dapat lawyer po ang gagawa nito kung nandito sya at alam po ninyo ang address. Kung wala kayong kasulatan about sa loan, maari po ninyong gamitin ang mga messages, text ninyo before maaring gamitin yan as evidence. Pagkatapos niyan magfile nalng po kayo ng small claims sa Municipal Trial court kung saan nakatira ang borrower, hindi na kailangan ang lawyer sa small claims.

Dapat muna niyang umuwi dito sa Pilipnas para magfile ng small claims in (Metropolitan Trial Court,or Municipal Trial Court in Cities, or Municipal Trial Court and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts) sa inyong lugar or residence ng umutang. Hindi pwede ang ibang tao ang magfile ng kaso para sa kanya. No need of a lawyer sa small claims.
