Good Morning!
Nais ko po sanang ipaabot sa inyo ang mga katanungan ko. Ito po ay tungkol sa aming mag asawa. Ako po ay isang legal husband na nakatira dito sa cagayan de oro city. Please allow me to explain my problem..
Ang wife ko po ay matagal nang OFW sa hongkong, ngayon wala na kaming communication at higit sa lahat inan friend na niya ako. Bilang legal husband di na nga niya ako binigyan ng rights sa mga kinikita niya bilang isang OFW dahil sa kadahilanan na may trabaho din po ako yun ang wika niya.
Parang tini take for granted na niya ako bilang isang legal husband dahil wala nadaw siyang pagmamahal sa akin. So ang gusto ko sana mangyari atty ay ganito. hindi kona siya ipa work abroad pa at hindi ko naman pinag bawalan siya mag work basta dito lang sa Pilipinas. anong dapat i file para ma warrant arrest siya? at hanggang kailan ito ipapasa sa POEA?

Nakakalungkot naman po malaman ang inyong situation however, hindi po ninyo sinabi if may mga anak po ba kayo na ikaw lang rin ang nagsusuporta financially? If wala ang gusto po ninyo mangyari hihingi kayo ng suporta sa asawa po ninyo kahit may trabaho naman po kayo? Sa gusto po ninyong mangyari na pagbawalan ang inyong asawa na ayaw na nitong magtrabaho do you think mas nakakabuti po sa inyo kasi hindi naman ninyo talaga mapipilit ang isang tao na makipagsama if ayaw na po niya kahit pa asawa ninyo siya. Baka ikaw po ang makasuhan sa gagawin mo na pagpipilit na magsama kayo. Ang masasabi ko lang po dapat mag usap kayo ng heart to heart if hindi na talaga kayang isave ang marriage mas mabuting nalang magpa annul na po kayo. Ang babae naman po kasi if ayaw na hindi na po ninyo mapipilit pa. Maaring magsettle nalang po kayo whatever property na na invest po ninyo.
