Sa Sinulog Festival, maraming mga tradisyonal na kasuotan o damit ang isinusuot ng mga deboto at mga nagdiriwang. Ang mga sumasali sa prusisyon at street dancing competition ay karaniwang nagsusuot ng makukulay na kasuotan na may mga dekorasyon na nagpapakita ng kulturang Pilipino. Ang mga babae ay karaniwang nagsusuot ng mga kasuotang may makukulay na saya at blusa, habang ang mga lalaki naman ay karaniwang naka-barong Tagalog o iba pang tradisyonal na damit ng Pilipinas.
 
Mayroon ding mga deboto na nagsusuot ng mga tradisyonal na kasuotan mula sa iba't ibang rehiyon ng Pilipinas upang ipakita ang pagkakaiba-iba ng kultura sa bansa. Ang mga kasuotang ito ay karaniwang may makukulay na tela at may mga dekorasyon na nagpapakita ng kagandahan at kasaysayan ng Pilipinas. Ang mga tradisyonal na kasuotan na ito ay nagbibigay-daan sa mga tao na ipakita ang kanilang pagmamalaki sa kanilang kultura at kasaysayan sa pamamagitan ng damit na isinusuot nila sa festival.
